The Super woman Program

The best workout for women is a full-body workout. (There is no better program for women, you can switch to upper/lower body splits.) Why? It all has to do with the endocrine system

What’s included:

  •  Women are not as strong as men, they need less time to rest between sets (30-40% less than men), which means they can do more sets in the same amount of time as men (do more sets!).
  • The female body responds better to whole-body fatigue than localized fatigue.That means squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, and bench presses

Remember, we train for 4-6 weeks with the same training program, and don’t forget to progress with the weight, but use small weights for this! Done
